Matt Lapin, Principal Advisor, has over 10 years experience as an attorney, compliance manager and consultant, assisting clients in structuring their compliance programs and providing counsel regarding U.S. and international export controls, economic sanctions, customs, anti-corruption laws, and corporate ethics standards.

Matt has provided compliance solutions and training to businesses operating in markets across the globe including the EU, Brazil, Korea and Singapore.

Matt received his law degree, cum laude, from the American University, Washington College of Law and and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Irvine.
